This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service and
applies to everyone who uses Cadensia Studio. It describes what you must not do with
the Service. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms, this AUP governs
the specific conduct it addresses.

1. General

Use the Service lawfully, honestly and only for its intended purpose: producing and
publishing short-form video advertising for products you are entitled to promote.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to:

break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
upload or generate content you do not have the rights to use, including third-party footage, music, images, likenesses or trademarks without permission;
create or publish content that is false, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that depicts or targets minors;
make misleading claims, fake endorsements, or undisclosed paid promotions;
promote illegal products or services, or products a platform prohibits;
impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent an affiliation.

3. Platform and affiliate compliance

When you publish through the Service you must comply with the rules of the
destination platform (for example TikTok or YouTube) and of any affiliate or
marketplace program you take part in — including disclosure requirements, advertising
standards and product policies. You are responsible for your connections and for the
actions you ask the Service to perform on your behalf.

4. AI and generated media

You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated scripts, copy,
voiceovers, images and video before use. Do not use the Service to create content
that misrepresents real people or events, that infringes rights, or that could harm
or deceive others.

5. Service integrity

You must not:

probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication;
access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to;
bypass usage limits, quotas, paywalls or access controls;
reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or copy the Service, except as the law allows;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or introduce malware;
use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Credentials and connections

You must only connect accounts you are authorised to use, and you must keep your
credentials and connected-session material secure. Do not share accounts in a way
that circumvents your plan's limits.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove
content, or withhold or reverse credits where this AUP is breached. We may also
report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
